Text messaging (SMS)

Last updated September 16, 2026

Text messages from Reno TV Mount are sent only to customers who ask for them. This page explains what we send, how you sign up, and how to stop.

How you sign up

Text messages are off unless you turn them on. Each place you can agree shows its own optional box, which always starts unticked, and agreeing is never a condition of any purchase.

Appointment and service texts

Our digital business card. An optional box on the card's contact form. The wording beside it is:

Yes, Scott at Reno TV Mount can text me at this number about my quote and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

When you approve a quote we send you. An optional box above the approve button, with the mobile number you want texts on. The wording beside it is:

Yes, Scott at Reno TV Mount can text me at this number about my appointment and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of approving this quote.

On an estimate or invoice we send you. An optional box below it, with a field where you type the mobile number you want texts on. The wording beside it is:

Yes, Scott at Reno TV Mount can text me at this number about my estimates, invoices, receipts and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

These are examples only; nothing on this page collects your number. When you agree, we record the date and time, the version of the wording you saw and the internet (IP) address it was sent from.
