Alarm systems
A system that covers the ways someone actually gets in. Doors, windows, and the open room they have to walk through, and tells you the second it happens.
What goes in:
- Contact sensors on the doors you use, plus the windows you want covered
- Motion detection for the main living space
- A keypad by the door you come in through
- A loud indoor siren, so a break-in doesn't stay quiet
- Arm and disarm from the keypad or from your phone
- 24/7 monitoring, when a sensor trips, the alarm is reported, not just noticed
You don't pay for the equipment or the installation. The monthly monitoring is the cost, and it starts at $50/month. We size the system to your house before you commit, so there are no surprise add-ons on install day.
Camera systems
Cameras where you keep wanting to look: the driveway, the front door, the side gate, the garage. Live view and recorded footage, both on your phone.
What goes in:
- We walk the property with you and agree the angles before anything is drilled
- Outdoor cameras on the entry points and driveway; indoor cameras where you want them
- Night view, so the 2am clip is actually usable
- Recording, so you can go back and find the moment
- Motion alerts to your phone
- App set up on your phone before we leave, and we show you how to pull a clip
Cameras can go in on their own or alongside an alarm system. Same deal, nothing out of pocket for the equipment or the installation.
TV mounting
The TV goes on the wall at the height you actually watch from, fixed into studs, sitting level. Then we clean up after ourselves.
What we do:
- Find the studs and mount into them. Not into drywall anchors
- Set the height with you sitting on your couch, before we drill
- Level it, tighten it, and tug on it so you know it's solid
- Connect your boxes, soundbar and console, and check the picture
- Tidy the cables. Ask about running them inside the wall
- Boxes, packaging and drywall dust leave with us
Already booked us for an alarm or cameras? We can hang the TV on the same visit. TV mounting is priced per TV. Choose it in the pricing tool and you'll see the number for your setup.
Install day
Four steps, start to finish
Same day installation is available in the Reno area, so in a lot of cases all four happen in one afternoon.
You see the price
Pick alarm, cameras, TV mounting or all three in the pricing tool. You get a real number on screen before anyone comes out.
We book the visit
Tell us the day that works. If we have the slot and the gear, that day can be today.
We install it
We walk the house, agree every sensor and camera spot with you, then mount, wire and test it.
You get shown how
Arm it, disarm it, pull up a camera, find a clip. We don't leave until you've done it yourself once.
What it costs
Nothing up front. Monitoring from $50/month.
